SWOOP for Viva Engage – Offboarding Guide

Contact your SWOOP Analytics representative to commence the offboarding of SWOOP for SharePoint. SWOOP will then schedule deletion of data and remove your SWOOP instance.

You should to the following to remove any SWOOP artifacts:

1. Log in to the Azure portal

2. Go to Enterprise Applications

3. Search for "SWOOP", then delete the following:

- SWOOP Analytics General Login

- SWOOP Analytics Yammer Group and Data Synchronisation
