SWOOP admins have can do more than normal users of SWOOP. In this article Admin: Access rights, permissions, and roles in SWOOP (M365) you'll see what an admin has permissions to do.
One of the things SWOOP admins can do is to make another person a SWOOP admin. Here are the steps to follow:
- Click 'Admin Settings' from the menu in the lower left. If you don't see this option you are not an admin.
- Choose 'Access Control'.
Under 'Add new users' search for and then add the person
- Tick the 'Full SWOOP Admin' option and click 'Save'
If you had already previously added the person and given other permissions you can skip step 3 and just do step 4.
