What is the Key Statistics report?
The Key Statistics report provides a quick summary for the period selected. You need to look at other reports to identify trends but it can be useful to look at the breakup of activities.
- Posts identify statements or new discussion topics.
- Replies provide written responses i.e. someone has taken the time to make a considered response.
- Reactions are the fastest and cheapest and most social form of acknowledgement.
- Mentions indicate that people are being acknowledged or ‘tagged’ into the conversation.
Personal
For the personal context we identify both what is ‘given’ i.e. posts, replies, likes, mentions made and replies, likes and mentions received. The balance of give and receive is evident here but addressed more specifically in the individual persona report.
Team
For the team context, it’s a quick activity check.
Enterprise
At the Enterprise level we are looking for more active conversations. Over time we are looking at posts with replies and mentions to grow at the expense of the simple ‘like’1. Guest activity identifies the degree to which your Teams are engaging external entities within their Teams.
