Please note, this is currently restricted to SWOOP for Viva Engage only.
We want to give users to SWOOP relevant and timely information to help them get the best from their SWOOP products. We have a series of emails we send to users at certain times to help them.
The current emails are as follows.
Welcome email
Sent the first time a user logs into SWOOP, this has some basic features and a clear link to access SWOOP.
Customise your dashboard email
Once a user has logged in 4 times, we send an email to explain some of the more advance features within SWOOP.
Are you missing out on key insights email (reminder)
If after a logging in, a user doesn't access SWOOP for 6 weeks, we send a reminder email with a link to SWOOP. This is only sent once a user has logged in at least once.
Welcome back email
Sent with basic details if a user logs in after receiving the reminder email.
Email Functionality and Sending Criteria for Existing Customers
For existing customers, we can turn on the system emails as required. We have some rules to prevent existing users getting emails they don't need. Existing users who have not logged in for a long time will not receive any emails until they log in again. The system ensures no duplicate emails are sent, and all emails are based on user activity post feature activation. Emails can only be sent once a user logs in after the feature is enabled.
Welcome Email:
-
- Sent to users logging in for the first time after the feature is enabled.
- If a user has logged in before the feature is enabled, they will not receive this email
Fourth Login Email:
-
-
- Sent when a user logs in for the fourth time within a three-year period.
- If a user has logged in more than four times before the feature is enabled, they will not receive this email.
-
Miss You Email:
-
- Sent if a user has not logged in for six weeks.
- The clock for this email starts ticking only after the user logs in after the feature is enabled.
Welcome Back Email:
-
-
Sent after a user receives a Miss You email and then logs in again.
