Overview
The content filter feature in SWOOP for SharePoint allows users to filter results across their intranet based on specific content types. This feature enhances the ability to analyze and report on different types of content within the intranet dashboards.
Key Features
- Content Type Filter: Users can filter results by content pages, news items, or files. This selection updates the reports across all intranet dashboards with statistics based on the chosen content type.
- Homepage Filter: An additional filter allows users to exclude homepages from the statistics. This is useful for analyzing user behavior beyond the homepage, and can help to minimize the impact having an intranet homepage set as the default page in your organizations internet browser. A homepage is any page that has been marked in SharePoint as a homepage for a site.
