(This feature is for SWOOP Admins only)
If you want to get your hands on the raw data which SWOOP has collected from M365, then you can export that. You'll find this in the Admin part of SWOOP under the 'Data Export' dashboard, under the heading 'Export Raw Data'.
Click on the 'Export Raw Data' button and this will generate two files which together will include every single person who has ever had access to the platform and every post, reply, reaction, and mention made during the selected date range. A complete listing of the contents in the files is provided below:
People.csv file:
- ID: This is the platform ID for each person
- Created Date: The date the person was created on the platform
- Status: The user status which can be Active, External, Guest, Soft-Delete
- Deleted Date: The date the person was delete. Is set at 9999-01-01 if the person is not deleted. Timezone is UTC.
- Name: The name of the person. Names will only be included where the 'Include name in export file' option has been ticked in the Miner Admin page. The default setting is to exclude names in the export file.
Email.csv file:
- ID: This is the platform ID for each person
- ReadCount: Number of emails read
- SendCount: Number of emails sent
Onedrive.csv file:
- ID: This is the platform ID for each person
- ActiveFileCount: Number of files that have been accessed or modified
Sharepoint.csv file:
- ID: This is the platform ID for each person
- ViewedOrEditedFileCount: Number of files that have been accessed or modified
- VisitedPageCount: Number of pages that have been visited
Viva Engage.csv file:
- ID:This is the platform ID for each person
- ReadCount: Number of messages read
- LikedCount: Number of messages reacted to
- PostedCount: Number of messages (posts and replies) posted
Teams.csv file:
- ID: This is the platform ID for each person
- TeamChatMessageCount: Number of channel messages
- PrivateChatMessageCount: Number of chat messages
- MeetingCount: Number of meetings
- CallCount: Number of calls
- AudioDuration: Hours, mins and seconds of calls
- VideoDuration: Hours, mins and seconds of video is on
- ScreenShareDuration: Hours, mins and seconds of screen-sharing
Limitations of Microsoft Excel when opening large data sets
Please note that Microsoft Excel will only open the first 1,048,576 rows even when more exist in the file. You may need to open the file in another application.
