This feature is for SWOOP Full Admins only.
If you want to get a complete list of the current issues across all the SharePoint sites you have added to SWOOP for SharePoint, then you can do that through the Current Issues Data export. You'll find this in the Admin Settings, under the 'Data Export' tab, titled 'Export Current Issues Data'.
Click on the drop down menu to select what type of issue you'd like to export.
- Spelling mistakes: Export list all spelling mistakes across your intranet.
- Broken Links: Export list all broken links across your intranet.
- Quality issues: this is an export list of all spelling mistakes, broken links, and ageing content across your intranet.
Click on the 'Export' button and this will generate a file that includes what you've selected. A complete listing of the contents in the files is provided below:
SWOOP SharePoint Spelling Report:
- ID: this is the id of the content where the spelling mistake sits.
- URL: the URL of the content where the spelling mistake sits.
- Spelling: this will show the spelling mistake (word, acronym, etc.)
- Count: this shows how many times the spelling mistake occurs on that page or news article.

How you can use the Current Issues Data Export
You can use the export to help you manage these issue outside of SWOOP. Let's say for instance that you want to share the work between several people, then you can share the file with others and mark the issues as completes as you and your helpers complete them.
