We've made over 60 updates during October with a big focus on performance and ongoing improvements to Dr SWOOP and the new Official Keywords feature.
Dr SWOOP summaries of Official Keyword posts.
Similar to the thread summaries in Most Engaging Posts, Dr SWOOP can now provide a summary of the threads that are linked to Official Keywords. This means if you are using the Azure AI version of Dr SWOOP you can get a summary of the conversations that relate to your official keywords to quickly catch up on what people in your Viva Engage network have been talking about with reference to your key campaigns.
Created Date in SWOOP for SharePoint
To help those in Internal Communications to identify content that's been created in a certain month, we've added in the created date to the full content reports on the Content Tab in SWOOP for SharePoint. You can order the news items, pages or files by created dated so you can see how many visitors and visits they've received in the selected date range. Ordering by created date means you can find, for example, the news items created in a particular month to help with monthly reporting.
Bing spell check in SWOOP for SharePoint.
We've added a toggle in the admin settings under the dictionary tab to switch on or off the use of Bing spell check to improve your page health scores. We send only the words we suspect of being spelled incorrectly to Bing to make a second check and remove any that are correctly spelled from the results. This capitalises on the advance spell-checking capability of Microsoft's Bing service. We recommend this being switched on for all our customers, but should the technical set up fall outside of your risk appetite it can be switch off.

We've also added the capability for Dr SWOOP to give a summary of the content that contains the keyword allowing you to easily get details of how the keyword is being discussed within Viva Engage, what the tone is and what are the key points being made. |
