Admin: Visibility of attributes (Viva Engage)

Adding user attributes enables SWOOP users to segment the data in many different ways. Below you'll see the instructions about how to hide or show available attributes.

How to change visibility of attributes

1. Click 'Admin' on the bottom left of the screen
2. Click 'Application Settings'
3. Tick/Untick the attributes which you want to make available to normal users versus admins, and then click 'Save'. 

Note that it can take up to 24 hours for the visibility of your selections to appear in SWOOP. This is because some data is cached. If you choose a custom date-range you'll see the changes straight away.
