Welcome to Episode 4 of our SWOOP Hack series where we show you some easy tips, tricks and shortcuts to finding the information you’re looking for in your SWOOP dashboard. This tip will help those who have regular SWOOP searches they consult on a day-to-day or week-to-week basis. Or maybe you are working in a team that would be interested in seeing your own analysis.
Something you may have missed in your dashboard is the ‘Share’ button when you click on your profile image.
Let’s run through how you can leverage this feature to make your life easier! First, complete a search for something you’re interested in measuring. For example; let’s do some campaign analysis in the Topics dashboard. I’ll make a few changes; let’s change the date range and we’ll also do some individual benchmarking along with some topic benchmarking. Click okay.
Now, if you click on the share button, a link will be produced. A few ideas for how you can use the link; you could share directly with a colleague to show them how a campaign is performing, or you could even save this search as a favourite or bookmark to make it quick and easy to access the same search.
Another way you could use this feature is in the Segments dashboard, if you have multiple searches that are a little more time-consuming to complete.
For example, you may be interested in a mix of locations. Let’s try; Sydney, Canberra and Redmond. Of course you can save this as a default search but what if you’re also interested in a mix of departments? Let’s look at Customer Success, Development and Operations, Research and Development and Head Office and click okay. You can now bookmark this search using the share button.
You could even potentially add these hyperlinks to reports to empower your colleagues to login to SWOOP and check the insights for themselves.
And that’s it! Thanks for watching.
