Welcome to episode 3 of our SWOOP Hack series where we show you some easy tips, tricks and shortcuts to finding the information you’re looking for in your SWOOP dashboard. This episode is simply going to cover ‘Stuff you may have missed’ while you’ve been browsing the insights in SWOOP.
Did you know you have the ability to zoom in on data represented in a graph format? Let’s check the interactive users report for example. When you hover over the graph you will see how each of the points show a breakdown of the number of interactive users on each separate day. To zoom in on the graph, simply drag your cursor across the section you’re interested in. To reset to the default view, click ‘Reset Zoom’.
Another feature you may have missed is the ability to view some of the statistics in a more visual format. If you look at reports including Two-Way Relationships, Mention Index, Curiosity Index and Response Rate – you’ll notice there is a graph icon in the top right hand corner. If you click here, the report will then adjust to show your insights in graph form. This would be a great way to show trends over time in reports.
Finally, if you ever encounter technical issues in your dashboard and not sure what to do – you’ll notice a ‘request support’ button in the top righthand corner. This will direct you straight to a support request form which greatly assists our engineers in identifying issues and resolving them as soon as possible.
And that’s it! Thanks for watching.
