Welcome to episode 1 of our SWOOP Hack series where we show you some easy tips, tricks and shortcuts to finding the information you’re looking for in your SWOOP dashboard.
Senior leaders, heads of departments, team leads, really any staff member can use their SWOOP dashboard to better understand how they use collaboration tools as individuals. It’s like having your own personal fit bit for engagement and collaboration.
Once you roll out SWOOP to your colleagues and other parts of your organisation, you may want to know if staff are actually using the tool. Here’s a quick tip to find out if your SWOOP onboarding has been effective. Just a heads up, this feature is only available to SWOOP admins.
First, open your SWOOP dashboard and head to the bottom left-hand corner of the navigation pane. Click on the ‘Admin’ button. Your Usage Statistics will then show. The graph will show the number of users who have logged into SWOOP depending on the time period you have selected. There is also the ability to refine by user attributes here. If I select ‘Department’ for example, the dashboard will reveal the breakdown of users logging in from each department.
You can now deep dive even further into these insights but clicking ‘Export Usage Statistics’. This will generate an Excel download which will show exactly who has accessed their SWOOP dashboard, including the number of times they have logged in and other attribute information.
And that’s it! It’s very simple. Please be sure to share this tip with other colleagues who are using SWOOP. Thanks for watching.
