Admin: How to change access to reports and dashboards (Workplace)

In some situations it may be required to either hide or remove certain reports or dashboards in SWOOP. If you are a SWOOP admin, you can use the settings to control the following: 

Dashboards:

• Show - everyone can see
• Remove - no one can see 
• Admin - admins only can see

Reports:

• Show - everyone can see
• Hide - is unticked by default, but anyone can locate the report via the Report Selector and click it to see
• Remove - no one can see 
• Admin - admins only can see

Step-by-step guide (admins only)

1. Click on the 'Admin' link in the bottom left fly-out menu of SWOOP
2. Click 'Report/Dashboard Display Settings'
3. Change the settings as required and click 'Save'

Once you close the window the settings are applied.
