Raising a ticket
If you need to ask a question, but you can't find the answer in our materials or support site, you can ask our friendly team.
The best way to raise an issue or ask a question is by using the 'request support' function within SWOOP. When you raise a ticket with us in this way, we will receive the details of your session, which helps us with any investigations we may need to make.
To raise a support ticket, you will need to navigate to your name in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. Click here and it will open up a menu. Select 'request support'.
A form will open up in a new tab, which you will need to fill in. Any fields marked with an asterisk are compulsory.
What to include
In the description field, please try to include as much information as possible. If you are raising an issue, please include screenshots where you can or any error messages etc. You can upload attachments via a button at the bottom of the form.
In the how to reproduce field, please let us know which steps you took when you discovered the problem, as this will help us reproduce it our side and will help us understand quicker.
