We've been busy over the last 2 months working nearly 150 updates. Most of these have been focused on improving performance and the quality of our products. However, we have released some key changes and additions to reports, including adding Engagement and Reach scores to our Most Engage Post report in SWOOP for Viva Engage.
The new additions to the report calculate the percentage of people within an organisation that have seen a post (reach) and then the percentage of people that reacted, replied or shared the post from those that have seen it (engagement). This will allow SWOOP users to quickly see how impactful the most engaging posts have been. It has been asked for by several of our customers and so we hope it helps in their reporting.
We've also improved the way we can connect to customers Microsoft Entra groups meaning customers can control access to SWOOP and the roles within SWOOP easily.
Here's all the major updates:
Update | Platform | Information | Updated |
Change of name for Influential editors to Top editors | SharePoint | We've updated the name of the report to more accurately reflect what it shows and also added the ability to list more than 10 editors | Apr-24 |
Improving navigation within SWOOP | All | We've added a back button for when you navigate to a page in SWOOP from a list type report. For instance, in SWOOP for Viva Engage we'll give you a back option when you click on a community from the Enterprise Active Community report. Any report in SWOOP that has a link to another dashboard should give you the option to go back so you can click on another of the links. |
