We have listed below and summarised all of the current available reports within SWOOP for SharePoint.

Activity by Time - Activity By Time shows the total user activity for every hour of the week in the selected report period. The darker the tile, the more users are active in that hour. Hover over each tile for more information. When hours are significantly more lively than others, they are listed as an Insight above the heat map.
Activity Over Time - Activity Over Time shows the number of daily visits and unique daily visitors during the chosen report period.
Browser Activity - By providing insights on browser usage, our users will be able to identify what browser to focus on when improving their intranet, site or page to ensure their users are having a satisfactory experience.
Device Activity - By providing insights on device usage, our advanced users will be able to identify what screen sizes to focus on when improving their intranet, site or page to ensure their users are having a satisfactory experience.
Engagement - Engagement score indicates how well a page is engaging its visitors. The higher the score the more typical visit time is closer to the estimated reading time.
Enter/Exit Pages - This report shows the exits and enter pages for an intranet/site.
Experience - The experience score is designed to help you understand how your users may be experiencing the written content on a page. If this score is low, it is likely your users are finding it hard to engage with your content and is difficult to read or scan efficiently
How is it calculated?
Files - This report shows the Files that had the most visits for the time period.
There is no health score as the items in the report are not SharePoint pages.
Fix List - This report shows the priority spelling mistakes and broken links for an intranet/site.
Health Overview - will show the Quality, Experience and Engagement scores (see below)
Health Score - The health score gives a quick indication as to how well your intranet, site, or page is performing. This score is calculated as the average of the individual quality, experience and engagement scores.

Engagement Score indicates how well pages are engaging their visitors. The higher the score the more the typical visit time is closer to the estimated reading time.

Experience Score is designed to help you understand how your users may be experiencing the written content on a page. If this score is low, it is highly likely your users are finding it hard to engage with your content as it is difficult to read and scan efficiently.
- Quality Score indicates how good the quality of the content is as a score out of 100, The closer the score to 100 the better the quality of the content. Issues that impact the quality score includes spelling errors, broken links, and page age. The quality score can be improved by actioning the issues identified in the pages health report.
Key Statistics - Key Statistics shows high-level activity metrics for the intranet. Hover over a tile’s heading for the definition of that particular metric.
Location - Potential Users is set as the total number of user accounts that can access the Intranet and does not necessarily reflect any page or site specific permissions. For the audience dashboard the potential users are taken as all those that have access to the intranet AND match the attribute used to define the audience. For example if the audience is based on a department, the potential users would be all those that are in the department.
Missing Editors - This list shows pages where the person that last modified the page no longer has an M365 account.
Most Active Audiences - The Most Active Audiences report shows the number of visits made by people against a particular attribute that defines the audience (for example by department).
Each grouping for the attribute is listed in order of the number of visits by that group. It shows the trend of visits over time , along with the total number of page views and sites visited by that particular group.
The widget also display the percentage of people who belong to that attribute group that have visited at least one page in the time period of the report against potential users. Potential users are taken as all those that have access to the intranet AND match the attribute used to define the audience. For example if the audience is based on a department, the potential users would be all those that are in the department.
News - This report shows the standard SharePoint news items with the most visitors for the time period. When viewed on the Site or Audience Dashboards, the total will reflect the scope that has been selected.
Pages - This report shows the pages with the most visitors for the time period. When viewed on the Site or Audience Dashboards, the total will reflect the scope that has been selected.
Where pages have Visitor and Visit numbers have a large gap it is indicative that people are returning the page multiple times.
Pages with health scores 40 or below are shown in red and ideally should be urgently improved.
Pages with health scores over 40 but below 60 are shown in yellow and ideally need attention to improve the health score.
Pages with scores over 60 and either good (shown in blue), or very good (shown in green) and need minimal attention
Pages with Issues - This report lists the Pages and News Pages that have issues, listed by priority. High priority pages are the top 10% of pages by the number of visitors and visits. Medium priority are the next 20% of pages and low priority are the remaining 70% of pages.
Pages and News Pages are classed as having an issue if
- It has one or more broken links
- It has one or more spelling errors
- It was last modified more than 6 months ago
- It has a Lix score above 40
- It has a heading Complexity over 100.
- It has a heading ratio of 10 or over.
Pages and News Pages are also included if any one of their quality, experience or engagement scores are below 60.
Popular Links - This report shows which links your visitors are clicking on most often.
The number of clicks shows the total number of times the link has been clicked in the selected period, whilst the visitors shows the number of unique visitors that have clicked on the link at least once.
Quality - The quality score indicates how good the quality of a page is as a score out of 100. The closer the score to 100 the better the quality of the page based on issues such as spelling errors, broken links and page age. The quality score can be improved by actioning the issues listed.
Scores Over Time - Scores Over Time report will show the health score over a period of time.
Search Terms and Exit Pages - This report shows the search terms used by people and the exit rate of it.
Sites - This report shows the SharePoint sites which pages had the most visitors for the time period. When viewed on the Site, Audience Dashboards, the total will reflect the scope that has been selected.
Where a Site shows Visitor and Visit numbers with a large gap it is indicative that people are returning to the site multiple times over the report period.
Sites with health scores 40 or below are shown in red. They contain pages that ideally should be urgently improved.
Sites with health scores over 40 but below 60 are shown in yellow. They contain pages that ideally need attention to improve the health score.
Sites with scores over 60 and either good (shown in blue), or very good (shown in green). There may be a few pages that need attention but overall, the site is healthy
Summary Details - This report shows the number of pages, news items and files.
Things to Fix - This report shows Pages and News Pages that have either spelling mistakes or broken links that need fixing. It is prioritised by those Pages and News Pages that have the most visitors and visits.
Top Editors - This report shows the top influential editors on SharePoint.
Top Files - This report shows the Files that had the most visits for the time period. See News, Files and Pages for details about this report.
Top News - This report shows the standard SharePoint news items with the most visitors for the time period. See News, Files and Pages for details about this report.
Top Pages - This report shows the pages with the most visitors for the time period. See News, Files and Pages for details about this report.
Visitor Persona - This report aims to give more insight into how different visitors are engaging with your content.
Visitor Time Distribution - This report shows the overall range of visitor time on your Intranet, site or page. The dark area shows the range of the typical visitors (statistically the 1st and 3rd quartile of the distribution). The line in the darker area represent the median value of visitor time. The closer this is to the centre of the dark area, the more “normal” the distribution of times is.
Note: We cap a single page visit time at 30 minutes.
