Identifies the percentage of posts that have received a written ‘reply’ and/or a ‘like’, for the period selected (default is three months). It will also identify the % posts that have received no response. The timeliness of the response is also reported.

The Response Rate report is available at the team level. The response rate effectively indicates how discursive a team is. It also suggests a high level of ‘psychological safety’ when responses are freely and rapidly given.

Team Context

It’s important for posts that are framed to receive a response that they gain the response in a timely manner. An effective ‘agile’ team would expect team members to respond in minutes, more so than hours.
