If you have installed the SWOOP app as a third party app:
- Go to https://work.workplace.com/work/admin/?section=apps
- Un-install the SWOOP App.
- Re-install the app using a similar domain name to yours.
- Notify SWOOP support via support@swoopanalytics.com of the new domain name. We will then copy the refreshed credentials across.
If you have used an integration token:
- Go to https://try-workplace.swoopanalytics.com
- Provide install using similar domain to yours.
- Notify SWOOP support via support@swoopanalytics.com of the new domain name. We will then copy the refreshed credentials across.
