If you are using a new Workgroup instance and you can't access logins for some reason then we can assist you in setting up a password as follows:
- On the login screen click on 'Set or reset your password'.
- Enter the email address (that matches Workplace) and the two passwords.
- Please raise a support ticket at https://support.swoopanalytics.com/hc/en-us/requests/new from someone in your organisation that is known to have the authority to authorise this action.
If you don't know the email address for the account you are trying to log in to:
- Login to Workplace
- Click on your own profile at the top
- Click the "about" tab
- It shows you the email you have registered under (if there is one).
