If you are using a new Facebook Workgroup instance and you can not access to login's for some reason then we can assist you in setting up a password as follows:
- On the login screen click on 'Set or reset your password'.
- Enter the email address (that matches Workplace) and the two passwords.
- Email support@swoopanalytics.com from someone in your origanisation that is know to have authority to authorise this action.
If you don't know the email address for the account you are trying to log in to:
- Login to Workplace
- Click on your own profile at the top
- Click the "about" tab
- It shows you the email you have registered under (if there is one).
