In this short video, I am going to give you a quick intro to the basics of SWOOP.
So what is SWOOP? Well - think of SWOOP as a fitness tracker for collaboration. It measures how much you’ve, and the impact you’ve had.
First, a few basic things. SWOOP is made up, of 5 tabs that all contain a set of widgets. Here at the top you can see the different tabs. The Personal tab is all about you. There are also tabs for Business Unit, Topics, Communities and Enterprise.
Each widget contains special insights which can help you become a better collaborator. At the top of the widget, there’s an Information icon, which you can click on to learn more.
There is also a download icon, which you can click on, to download an image of the widget.
Some of the widgets also have a trend icon. Click on it to see how the measure has changed over time. Click on it again to get back.
Using the Settings Wheel - here in the top right - you can change date ranges, and select which widgets you would like to display. Use the date drop down - here - , or choose some custom dates – here- .
You can also use these tick boxes to choose which widgets to display. Click ‘Ok+Save as Default’ to store, or just ‘OK’ if you don’t want to set as a default.
Finally – down here in the footer there are some important links and information. Click on the Support link to get to our Knowledge Base, and if you are a SWOOP admin, you’ll also see this Admin link that contains special admin features. The date stamps shown down here will tell you when SWOOP was last updated with data.
Thanks for watching. Check out our other videos to learn more about SWOOP.
