In this short video, I am going to give you a quick introduction to the basics of SWOOP.
So what is SWOOP? Well, you can think of it as a fitness tracker for collaboration. It measures how much you’ve done, and the impact you’ve had.
First, a few basic things. SWOOP is made up of a number of dashboards that all contain a set of reports. Here on the left you can see the different types of dashboards. The Personal dashboard is all about you.
Each dashboard has a set of reports which contains special insights which can help you become a better collaborator. At the top of each report there’s an Information icon, which you can hover over it to learn more.
There is also a download icon, which you can click on to download an image of the report.
Some of the reports also have a trend icon. Click on the toggle here to see how the measure has changed over time. Click on it again to get back.
You can use the date range selector here at the top to change the date range you want to look at. We use the last three months as the default, but you can easily change that.
Here on the right you'll find a fly-out menu where you can select which reports to display. Use these tick boxes to select the reports, then click 'OK' to show the ones you have chosen, or click 'OK and save as default' if you want to store the selection as your default.
Finally – down here there are some important links and information. Click 'Help' to get to our Support Portal that has a lot of useful information about SWOOP, and if you are a SWOOP admin, you’ll also see this Admin link that contains more special features. The date stamps down here will tell you when SWOOP was last updated with data.
That's it - thanks for watching. Check out our other videos to learn more about SWOOP.
