Follow these instructions when you make several user attributes available to SWOOP, and you want to change the default value.

You need to be a Viva Engage Verified Admin to be able to perform these steps. Alternatively, a Verified Admin must have made you a SWOOP admin.
- Log on to SWOOP.
- Click on the 'Admin' link on the bottom left of the screen. If you can't see this link, you are not a Verified Admin / SWOOP admin.
- Under 'Application Settings', select the relevant attribute from the dropdown of available attributes.
What impact will it have?
When you change the default value it will impact any report on SWOOP which is using this attribute. For example, the Cross-Enterprise Collaboration report on the Enterprise, Community, and Segment dashboards. The legend for the Network Map on the Personal dashboard will also change. Please allow up to 24 hours for the changes to take effect.
