In some situations it may be required to either hide or remove certain reports or dashboards in SWOOP. If you are a SWOOP admin, you can use the following settings to control this:
Dashboards:
- Show - everyone can see
- Remove - no one can see
- Admin - admins only can see
Reports:
- Show - everyone can see
- Hide - is unticked by default, but anyone can locate the report via the Report Selector and tick it.
- Remove - no one can see
- Admin - admins only can see
Step-by-step guide (admins only)
- Click on the 'Admin' link on the bottom left of the screen, below the dashboard options
- Click 'Report/Dashboard Display Settings'
- Change the settings as required and click 'Save'. Click 'Reset' to load the default settings.
Once you close the window the settings are applied.
