Admin: How to change access to reports and dashboards (Viva Engage)

In some situations it may be required to either hide or remove certain reports or dashboards in SWOOP. If you are a SWOOP admin, you can use the following settings to control this:

Dashboards:

• Show - everyone can see
• Remove - no one can see
• Admin - admins only can see

Reports:

• Show - everyone can see
• Hide - is unticked by default, but anyone can locate the report via the Report Selector and tick it.
• Remove - no one can see
• Admin - admins only can see

1. Click on the 'Admin' link on the bottom left of the screen, below the dashboard options
2. Click 'Report/Dashboard Display Settings'
3. Change the settings as required and click 'Save'. Click 'Reset' to load the default settings.

Once you close the window the settings are applied.
